really happy that organ trail, reciever, and distance got greenlit

How the forget did Surgeon Simulator get greenlit? It's a free web-based game made in Unity, you can't make any loving money off that and there's no need to download it, what the hell is going on here?

Steam really should have limits to what games can go on Greenlight.


If Farmville was put on Steam we'd probably lose to it as well.
I honestly find it extremely insulting that a short, free browser-based game has greater chances of getting on Steam than a game that would actually make Valve money and would provide the consumers more than a minute or two of entertainment

He's not asking how it got so popular- just how did a browser based game greenlit? How do you download something you play in a browser

Obviously they'll make a downloadable version if they haven't already, but it still seems very odd

I didn't even know there was a browser based version. I've only ever seen downloadable versions of it.
