Their moderators are a bit pushy.
"If you dare to argue I'll close the entire topic".
Seeing as how they've already removed posts in the topic, that course of action is much easier and fairer.
I mean no offence to any of the Yogscast, but their attitude has always seemed to just be that they'll jump to extreme measures over any problem, even if simpler courses are better suited.
Hence them completely removing commenting on Yogscast videos, just because they get some arguments and hoaxes in them. Like pretty much ever single YouTube video ever.
Anyway, I do hope the yogscast have a look at the topic and the game.
I still hold my reservations over the idea that their style of video might not do Blockland justice.
Sometimes they just seem to need something to be fully made for them, otherwise they don't get very far and they start to make the game out to be worse than it is.
Personally, I would find Yogscast Sips or Sjin or Duncan to do a better video than Simon/Lewis, because those 3 always seem to take slightly more time to prepare a video.
Whereas Simon and Lewis seem to prefer games they can just jump straight into, since it means they can make videos much more quickly and publish more of them. Which obviously better suits their fanbase, as well as how they make their money.
And Sjin and Duncan are good fans of sand-box games where they can take their time.
Sjin's dedication in his Let's Build series proves that he has the creativity and dedication to building impressive structures.
Of all the Yogscast members I definitely think Sjin would get the most out of Blockland.
