Very unlikely if it was real lol.  The ETR for Dawn of War III for reference was last estimated at "late 2012-early 2013".  Just by the fact that there's not a lot of media or information about the game you can tell that it might be a while.  I'd say Summer 2013 for GTAV.

consoles are specifically made for games and you know that they won't lag not even half as much as computers. plus, for 200 dollars for something like that just for someone who games is good. though i see why people use computers, obviously because you can do more than game and the fact you can mod.

Except computers have far surpassed consoles in terms of performance. It's been six years since the consoles were improved, but computer architecture has been constantly improving during that time. Computers can also be upgraded for minimal cost, consoles cannot.

i'm just saying consoles are a cheaper alternative for those who want to game but don't have 800 dollars to spend on computer parts.

Gta 4 was all about cpu speed. that thing ran my computer down to the core ughh. Anyway I can't wait for it.

For GTA4 you needed just a great computer across the board.  GPU, CPU, enough RAM, everything.  The game was just so badly ported that it needed all that.
