that's because you didn't build it, and you also don't have the addons needed to host with it. if you post the save it will be the same way for everyone else, unless we know what addons to use or luckily end up already having them. the actual author of the titanic build can post the save if he wants, and with the correct addons. some hosts deliberately use custom addons so others can't host with them 100% completed.
