My dad pre ordered a game from a small game shop and when we got it, there was a label on it saying the copy includes the premiere pack or something (Gearbox weapons, Mechromancer etc.), but somehow, none of these appear in the game. We tried signing to the Shift and he sent a letter to Gearbox customer service but no replies so far.
