15 people die because their life support systems go dead because of greasemoney.

I head to my barracks, unlocking the door with the key I was provided with when I came in. I flop down on the bed, and finally fall asleep.

I think they're joking.
Don't take them seriously.
But if it somehow passes I'm flipping my desk and then locking the thread in that order because forget you.

I build non-lethal sentry turrets in the tunnel entrance beyond the tech lobby.  You can use the PA system installed in the lobby to notify me if I am in my cave.  I will disable the turrets if you wish to enter.  A sign is posted on the door saying:

NO ENTRY WITHOUT CLEARANCE

Wow.

I'm not even sure that should be allowed.

I don't think anything along those lines would be allowed on base.

There are top-secret files in there.  I'm more than a mechanic, you know.

All you need to do is call me over the PA system and I'll disable the sentries from the inside.  If you try to waltz right in, you will be tranquilized by the sentries.

That would never be accepted in the military.
Ever.

There are top-secret files in the tech cave.  Not for your eyes.

Majority rules.

I'm going to assume that it's not allowed on base, and that top secret files would be kept somewhere other than the nerd caverns.

It's cargo and aircraft movements.

Everyone knows that you're out to get me, so just calm down, kay?
