250$ and very little idea what to do with it.

So I've got a spending surplus coming up, should be something around 250-300$ to spend.

I'm not really one for buying a ton of things,but I currently have next to nothing on ma list.

Looking for games, preferably something that doesn't require to much Multiplayer to be fun.


Currently all I have is S.T.A.L.K.E.R. on the list.

Maybe Metro 2033 (Figured if I want to eventually get Last light I should play the first one)


I'm not getting Borderlands II, No one I know to play it with.

I'm a fan of things like RPG's, and RTS.


Otherwise I"m just getting some online credit, S.T.A.L.K.E.R ,and banking the rest.

I don't HAVE to spend it, I've saved most of my "Paychecks".

My birthday's coming up so I figured I should get something.

That and I've been looking at Stalker mods for a month or so that have been peaking my interest.


Right now my bank is sitting at

near 800$ in checking

and 1.25 k in a high interest savings account.

Get torchlight 2 before it releases, buy one of the battlefield games on origin for $10 each, uhhhh do have you played deus ex human revolution? Some people don't like it but I really enjoy it. Also mount & blade warband is an amazingly fun game, and if you want fun multiplayer get the dlc Napoleonic wars.

I've got the Battlefield games I want already, I have played Deus ex, great fun, same as Mount & blade.

Whats the draw to torchlight 2? I already have all the Diablos.

I know they're two different games, but the playstyle looks awfully similar.
