Minecraft- What mod can I use to set a spawn for all players?

A mod that lets you create a spawn that cannot be griefed by anyone and is where all players spawn by default?
I've been searching for one, found some mod, but the mod does not protect the spawn from grief.
All help is appreciated.

I use Bukkit.

pretty sure you can find a bukkit mod for it if you search around. not sure if there are any vanilla mods.

also, if you want to make the spawn non-griefable, just make it out of bedrock
