Stupid people on TF2

I seriously hate it when this happens to me. I've been votebanned off several servers now for absolutely no reason at all (one time i just joined a server and went to heat something in the microwave. i come back, and i'm votebanned off for cheating), and I can't ever get back on. What am I even able to do? I can't even contact steam support or whoever you talk to about issues like that, cause it says my account isn't fully authorized (i havent bought anything). I always contribute to my team and make sure our flag is protected, yet i'm banned by a bunch of morons who don't seem to understand the meaning of teamwork and that i'm just trying to HELP.

this never happens to me the only reson i get kicked from a server is when i join one, then tab out and browse the forums while it loads, then i forget i was playing tf2 and i got afk kicked

yeah, that happens to me alot. ill join a server and it takes minutes to load, so i go into chrome and watch a youtube poop or something, and when i come back ive been afk kicked. rejoin server and cycle repeats several times :(

I was playing BF3 but it kind of still applies. I hate it when someone on your team completely ignores an enemy with low health. "hur hur, not gonna kill the sniper that guy just charged but i'm gonna keep sniping with my SMG."

basically i hate idiots on my team, especially when they leave if i try to communicate.
