Author Topic: Is this a good gaming computer?  (Read 425 times)

My grandfather's being a stubborn ass and wont let me custom build my computer. We need something pre-built.

SO, is this good for the price?

Games I'd want to play:
Blockland
Just Cause 2
All Valve Games (GMOD, TF2, CSS etc)
Minecraft
Terraria

Will these run well on this system? Is the graphics card good? I'm not too good with computers :(

That is too much also.
I'd recommend if you scavenge for pc parts in goodwill in craiglist as my dad bought this laptop which is better than his new pc. for 50$ Also.

My friend who scavenged in Goodwill he found a high gtx for 4$ brand new and a new laptop for 40$

that's pretty expensive but it'd run the games fine.

I would agree with you but it's better if you make your own pc (cheaper too).

Meh. My grandfather is practically filthy rich. Last year he sent my cousins on a loving disney cruise and when I asked for a DS for my birthday he said it was way too expensive. I think he feels bad so that's why he's getting me this :D

I found a better one I think.
Well, being able to pick it up in store makes it more likely for him to get it for me.

Buying at best buy is a waste.

Go to Frys if your state has it, they got a huge selection there. Old and new parts.
