Are these headphones good/worth it?

I know razer has a pretty good rep, but besides the razer brand I don't know if they're decent for that price.

Also, since I probably won't be able to buy them, I would like good headphones under $40. Last time I bought Skullcandys and they were absolute balls.

I haven't heard much bad of em. Don't play WoW either. I'll check out Sennheisiers though.

I would never pay more than £20 but that's just because I'm incapable of noticing any difference in quality. Is there really that big a difference?

Get a Turtle Beach Headset, They are awesome. Also 60 dollars, Not 200.
