What's MW2 like today?

Was wanting to get it, as I love quickscoping and saw its much easier in mw2 than in black ops.
I wanted to know if any of you guys play mw2 today (preferably ps3 but 360 works too) and if you could tell me what the status is with noob tubers, hackers, etc. and overall gameplay xperience

Don't get CoD or play CoD2 or 1 for better experience.

Ps3 is hacker free, just went through like 16 servers to check for anything unusual. (jumped in then out)

maps were great, unlike the MW3 maps. MW2 may have been a bad game, but damn, the environments were really nice.

High levels doesn't really matter since black ops is the same, I'm just worried about a ruined experience due to unbalance by cheaters and noob tubing
The no hackers for ps3 eases my mind a bit

on ps3 i saw someone 1 kill someone else and it auto got them to level 70.

Noob tubing has always been a problem in MW2, mainly because the grenades are so accurate and are basically rocket launchers, i assume everyone who still plays is using them.

on pc it takes 20 minutes to find a game

The tubing is still and will always be there. Other than that it's still fun as hell.

it's still a stufffest.
aimbotters use the m14 ebr and get headshots instantly.

Hmm thinking about it, I have a few PSN cards, and I jut found out mw3 is on the PSN store too
So, MW3 or MW2?
Also take the great aspect that I really really want to quickscoping lol
