That's where we humans come in. We can train dogs not to be harmful. We can also protect ourselves from them WITHOUT KILLING THEM. Seriously how hard is it to pick them up and keep their head away from your body. I've never seen a pitbull or doberman or a rotweiler be a stray dog. Mostly other dogs that are easy to handle.

Every dog can be trained. If you're talking about breeds then all of them can be trained. Some take more patience and dedication than others.

It depends. It's not necessarily a 1 hit kill. It depends how hard you hit it. Looking from those pictures with the blood slpattered everywhere it looks like he hit the dog several times with whatever.

if you hit someone on the head with the blunt end of a shovel you'll probably knock them out or give them a concussion, assuming most of you don't have the muscle to use your fists instead. you'd need to beat the forgeter's head in repeatedly if you wanted to kill him like that. if you were aiming to actually do some damage, you hold it sideways like an axe. much better chance.

God, if it's not a 1 hit kill, wouldn't you want to make sure it's dead instead of having it suffer? The dog was trespassing on his property regardless, and it annoyed him, he has every right to take action to get it off his property. Remember the dog did it repeatedly.

This, people don't understand reality anymore, so incredibly sheltered.
It's the same ideal as taking a dying dog to the vet after it got hit by a car, it would be better to end its suffering there than to have it live through the pain for the time it takes to get it to the vet, where they are just going to kill it anyway.

That's torturing either way. You are hitting it several times until it dies. That's painful. Let animal control take care of those dogs. Can you just stop now?
