The dog was trespassing on his property regardless, and it annoyed him, he has every right to take action to get it off his property. Remember the dog did it repeatedly.

Not killing it and leaving it there is more painful for the dog, try thinking.

What worries me isn't that a dog died and I love dogs I would never harm a dog. What really worries me is a kid killed a pair of small dogs without any remorse and laughed about it and his friends are all the same way. I can't imagine what this kid will grow up to be like and the fact that like 10 people were on his side about it makes me worry even more about society as a whole. Instead of just wanting to kill the kids people should really be thinking hard and working to figure out how kids can become so emotionless and violent so we can fix it.
