Author Topic: why does everyone give a stuff about 9/11  (Read 2118 times)

lol it's just that americans have to act like they're so special because they had a terrorist attack.

nobody gives a stuff about all the disasters that happen in other countries though, hell, at the moment there are probably people that are making jokes of african poor people but nobody will give a damn because they're not african.

for short: people who get mad at people who make jokes about 9/11 should stop being babies.
Good one, starfish. You can tell that to my dead grandfather

the amount of support i'm getting surprises me
but yeah i'm not surprised there are others who think the same way
its so annoying how people cry over it when someone makes a joke and there's like half the people going "no not funny forget you"

9/11 was terrible and all but far worse things have happened. I just don't see what makes it so special.

I mean if someone you know personally died, then I understand your mourning, as for everyone else, what the hell?

I am sorry for your loss

My uncle came close to dieing in one of the towers, And like him, I wish people would just stop talking abut it.

i dont understand mourning other than on like the 11th and MAYBE a couple days after that, but it pisses me off when its nowhere near 9/11 and people complain about others talking about it.

The economy would be better if those 2 buildings were still there.

My uncle jumped out and fell to his death. I didn't know him, but because of it I just can't laugh at the jokes.

11 years ago is irrelevant. The reason people give so many stuffs is America was a sort of "safe haven" and with wars you know America has a giant ass military, and we can expect attacks, but 9/11 was totally out of the blue. It freaked people out. They had already breached our defense and killed 3000 americans. It was scary. I remember a teacher of mine worked in the Sears tower on that day and when she heard they all cheesed it out of there.

I'm not actually old enough to remember it. I was 3.

How would you feel if some terrorists came out of nowhere, hijacked a plane, and crashed it into some place and killed thousands of innocent citizens? You would feel angry, scared, sad, and generally, not safe at all. Many people in America probably care about Hiroshima and are grieving or are sad about the kids in Africa. If you think that 9/11 isn't worth remembering, then go to hell.

There are many people who actually believe 9/11 isn't worth remembering.

I'm pretty sure more people starve to death every day.
Get over it.
