Author Topic: Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong has an onstage meltdown  (Read 1884 times)

It was because his set got cut from 45 minutes to 25 minutes... so that Usher could have a longer stage time.

forget Usher. I kind of get Green Day's sense here because they've been around since the 90s and they actually make music, and they're not just pop icon friends

Yes, but he as a performer should know that the crowd comes first; it's what they want that matters, not that the performer gets to be noticed for an extra twenty minutes.

thats bullstuff, forget usher

the point is he was promised 45 minutes and you cant loving dog out another performer for your own performance. thats low, very very low.

Usher's awful. forget him.

HE SAID THE F WORD!

But really, he's my favorite singer of any band, and he deserved to get pissed.
forget Usher

Man that's a looooot of "forget".

That really does suck, to get undercut for a stuffty pop star.  Then again that's all what iHeartRadio fest was really, just all the pop artists + a few others.

it took him like 5 times to break the guitar hehehheh

What a loving stuffty thing to do.
I'd be pissed too if I were him

He certainly could have handled the situation a bit more maturely. He behaved like a child.

You guys keep referring to Usher as a stuff pop star, as if Green Day isn't just a stuffty power pop band
