2. I don't ever see him saying that anymore. I think the new RTB update removed it.

I'm using the custom loading screen mod (by jeep I think?) and I think it overlaps the infomaniac.

Just went in-game.  Infomaniac still there.  I think he's part of the base game, BTW, not RTB.  I do notice that I haven't seen the mojito-mixing tip in a long time, though. ;)
