I realized that I'd have to be the one to set up FTP access and stuff.

This isn't much of a problem since I'm experienced in this type of thing, but I'm not very experienced with the Linux operating system.

So I believe we're going to use Windows. We'll get Jeep's management system along with this.

I would set up an Email notification system that would instantly email me anytime that somebody opens a support issue, I would then respond to it as long as I'm connected to the internet (aka 90% of the time).

I don't think I would need a partner.
