I was thinking about purchasing this.

However your prices are only slightly lower than Kalphiters, and Kalphiter at least has a history that I can refer to, and I have always gotten my servers from him.

Gonna have to stick with Kalph on this one.

That doesn't change the meaning of "postponed until finished"

Having the server just for development reasons is a pointless waste of money, just spin up a free EC2 micro instance and do all your work there.
