Firing the gun is completely different than possessing one.  There is no law that allows you to actually fire it legally.
False. If he didn't have a license, then he would get in trouble for killing someone with a firearm. He has a special license to help someone like that.

Sounds like a great place to live...

the worst thing that happened in my town so far is that some kid apparently had a substance in his backpack that could be theoretically traced to weed if you really push things.
:P

Are you sure? In my area you can own a gun and all (to own one you need to A. not have a felony charge and B. have the owners papers) and you can legally shoot someone on your property if you have a "no trespassing" sign visible upon the entrance of the property/every 75 or so feet.
You can kill someone if they threaten your life.

No license needed to do so.

Worst thing in my town.. Probably a few break ins. Worst thing on my street would be a vandalism.

I think it's only if you kill someone with a firearm.

You can use a firearm or a rifle in self protection.
I guess my state has more lenient gun laws.

For those who don't know (which you should) I'm in the more southern part of Kentucky.

Oh ok then. Alrighty. Lol

That isnt a tragedy. A tragedy involves some sort of High up power status person, Who suffers a sudden change in luck that affects himself and the people around him. The person at some point has to then realize whats going on and then take responsibility for it. So that is in no way a tragedy.
