I've been eating like an american and now I think I'm getting some chub around the belly. I find this highly unattractive. What are the best forms of exercise to combat this horror?


crunches
Running, jogging.
A mile a day, airborne shuffle.

Masturbating

Healthier food choices and maybe some sit-ups.

Get off the computer and ride/walk for about 12 to 14 miles a day. Also don't eat to much.

Actually I still eat what I want I just quickly burn it off.

pretty much what my uncle does, he just eats like a pig and then runs 5 miles every day.

no matter how much I eat I'm always staying thin :\
