in short one team defends a building wile the other team trys to destroy it

Offence wins by:
destroying the building(s)

Defence wins by:
A.time limit
B.killing all offense (Server Pref.)

builds health should be modifyable in some way

objective Building will be detected by a base plate

This is actually pretty cool.

I'd imagine this would be hard to script to measure when the building has been destroyed.  What would happen, most likely, is that it would measure the number of killbricks sent, so you'd have to have a pref for adjusting the number of bricks destroyed until that team wins.   Quite possible.
