Magicka key giveaway

(I got a key for it on an event, but since I already have it and the big DLC I figured I might as well give it away)

• May or may not include all DLC (no idea)
• It's a Steam key, so it (obviously) requires you to have a Steam account
  • I'd prefer if you had at least one (paid) game on it already, or that it has existed for more than a month to be sure that it isn't an alt

I'd rather have people enter themselves instead (to make sure that it doesn't end up with someone who doesn't even want the game), but I can see that it could be a problem for people because of the key requirement. Any ideas?

How about one person can give away his "spot" to another person instead him-/herself, provided that a screenshot or similar is provided where both parties agree? While it'd probably be a bit overkill I think that should satisfy my concerns, and hopefully not be too bothersome.
