It was kinda meh.

I played Dust, Crysis 3, Simcity 2012, Dead or Alive 5 and some other stuff I don't remember. I met a bunch of people on 3DS street pass and got my camera confiscated for a good third of the event when I was caught trying to take pictures of AC3. Then I got escorted out of the 18+ zone I wasn't supposed to be in. It was pretty fun playing the games but most of them had controllers attached and the ones that had a keyboard and mouse were all occupied so being a PC gamer who literally hasn't touched a controller since they were 10 years old, I got my ass beat pretty often, also everyone in the room was on the same team for Dust so whenever we won we all got up and high-fived eachother. I even had a video of some people humiliating themselves playing Just Dance 4 and Dance Central but they made me delete the videos on the way out.

I had an afternoon pass so I was one of the last people there, because of that, all the food was sold out and I was hungry for the whole thing.

Oh and the event was in the nice part of London so I managed to get some lovely pictures of the Thames, the House of Parliament and the London Bridge.

Discuss and if anyone wants some of the pictures I managed to sneak a few and will post them on request. Or tomorrow depending on when I go to sleep today.

Hey I was there!
Did you see me? I was wearing a Steve head from J!NX, a turquoise t-shirt and jeans and was carrying a custom diamond pickaxe.

Also, I can confirm that Wii U isn't stuff.

I assumed that.

Well how was the new Simcity?  And Crysis 3?

well hearing that from you means it's probably bad

Simcity was really fun, I can't really say much since I'm new to the series, but some other people I asked who had played the previous games said it was definitely a sequel worth buying.

No I didn't :( did you see me? I was wearing a home-made plumblob on my head. Get it? I was a sim for the day. I was only there from 3pm-5:30pm though.

and yeah the Wii U is great! I'm really glad Nintendo is finally doing something BESIDES feeding off nostalgia money. The Wii U isn't bad and it really is immersive, but I wouldn't recommend it for long playing sessions as a lot of it involves standing up and moving around.

And Crysis 3?

I had no idea what the forget I was doing. Again, new to the series. Ask some specific questions since I don't really know what to cover.

This sounds really good.  I hope these people weren't just easily impressed morons though.

Well, in general, did it seem interesting?  How much did you play/for how long?  Did you feel like the game seemed pretty exciting?

Well, what was bad then?

I thought Dust 514 was kind of disappointing.

why did you have to delete what you recorded?

Shame i couldn't get there this year :( I'll totally be there 2013 (wherever they put it, assuming earls court is broken)
