I remember that a lady friend of mine once asked for my help because her drink was jammed in a vending machine. Turns out someone left an unopened bottle of sparkling mineral water in the tray. I managed to get both things out and thus I obtained a bottle of sparkling mineral water for free.

There was another time when I bought a drink from another machine. The bottle was covered in soil for some reason.

We don't have snack machines, only mostly broken drink machines.

1 of them is only on at the end of the day and they don't always turn it on.
Another one only gives you one when it wants
Then there is the one that is a double or nothing machine (either you get 2 or none)
Then there is a couple that work but sometimes the arm thing that gets it spazzes and you have to wait about 30 minutes for a drink.

God damn, I'd rather just go to class, say I have to go to the restroom, and get the drink, go into the bathroom for a few minutes, and come back. Instead of standing around for 30 minutes looking like a person planning something out in their head.

Honestly I think that machine needs to be replaced. I think that maybe 1 of them works just fine with little to no mess up.

Also if you lose money to the machine you can't get a refund.

I wanted to buy sour patch kids today. They were two dollars. I put one dollar in, it wouldn't let me add a second. I tried quarters, but they just went straight to the return slot. I ended up with those stuffty berry fruit snacks.
