do you understand what 'flamboyant' is

gay men who talk with a lisp or are like HEEEEY or similar?

ok sure whatever you're free to not like that but uh it grates me when i see 'bla bla i like gay marriage UNLESS they're flamboyant'

well forget you, they are who they are and they want to be fun-loving and feminine and outgoing

what

I mean people who go around trying to flaunt homoloveuality around like through those Gay Pride parades and stuff.
So what precisely constitutes flamboyancy? What reason is that?
Just tossing around the fact someones gay or whatever.

flam·boy·ant/flamˈboiənt/
Adjective:
(of a person or their behavior) Tending to attract attention because of their exuberance, confidence, and stylishness.
(esp. of clothing) Noticeable because brightly colored, highly patterned, or unusual in style.

I don't really get why someone would be proud of something they can't control, either. But you're proud of your heritage, which is something you can't control, either. Why is gay pride worse than heritage pride?

Yeah, confidence and stylishness is the devil.

i dont support gay marriage because a gay couple could influence their adopted child to be gay as well, which would make school life really difficult.

Because being feminine is percieved as gayness, despite it just being a way you talk or walk.

One of the greatest friends of my childhood was straight but acted pretty damn feminine so people just assumed he was gay, it was pretty confusing for me really.

Guys, is it okay if flaunt my straightness and start a Straight Pride Parade?

I'm not a fan of heritage stuff either. I don't mind if they have a heritage festivle or anything, but a parade? Thats just to far.
Same with everything else.

Yeah, but if being gay isn't an issue, why is "seeming" gay an issue?
And I don't see how that was confusing at all, lol. He was campy. He was straight. I'm not campy. I'm not straight. I doubt I'm all that confusing, why was he?
Guys, is it okay if flaunt my straightness and start a Straight Pride Parade?
Yeah, sure, if you want to.

EDIT: The goal is equality, not special privileges.

So we can have gay festivals? Cool.

gay pride parades are pretty stupid. same with heritage parades.

when gay couples raise children, they project gay radiation (or gadiation) onto their children. This alters their loveual chromosomes and they become homoloveual. it's a virus i'm telling you.

Yeah, but if being gay isn't an issue, why is "seeming" gay an issue?

You don't understand.

Seeming gay could really be an issue if you're in the 2nd grade because of bullying.

And maybe it was confusing because I was a little child? I don't understand everything as it comes to me in that particular time.

Go ahead and have all the homoloveual festivals you want.

gay pride parades are pretty stupid. same with heritage parades.
if you ask me its a waste of money and it just disturbs everyone because they go from place to place being loud. Where as a festival its in one place so you don't have to deal with it if you don't want to.

So, uh.

It seems as though we're getting nowhere with this debating session.

Guys, is it okay if flaunt my straightness and start a Straight Pride Parade?
are you part of a minority

i am in shock you would consider the people who attend pride parades to be bad

being gay is something a lot of people hate on so why shouldn't they be allowed to take pride in it? would you rather them be ashamed?
