Boston's pretty good, but I've not heard a ton of their songs.

The list just goes on and on

most classic rock and some metal

white lion, van halen, acdc, def leppard, led zeppelin, judas priest, dokken, skid row, ratt, aerosmith, the cars, damn yankees, queen, steve miller band, etc

actually, I pretty much just listen to classic rock, some of my favorite artists being Eric Clapton and Steve Miller Band

My Spotify is the list of people I listen to but its so long I don't want to type it so give me a moment to screen cap it.

A lot of classic rock, I like the genre more than specific artists. Do the Beatles count under that? I'm gonna say yes.
I love Lana Del Rey x.x
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Linkin Park
Bush
Nickelback
Incubus
Others Ill add later because I cant think of them right now

Yeah I'd say they count.

Orchestral/general instrumental pieces.

Once I heard an orchestral piece, everything else seemed so poorly produced.

Vocals suck.

So far no one has listed an artist I like :(

I have a music system to match the old classic rockers. :D The receiver was made in 1979 and the speakers about the same time. I like a little bit of every genre, though the country genre I only have a few favorites in. Skillet is one of my favorite heavy rock bands, Two Steps from Hell is a definite favorite for epic orchestral music, Kansas is one of my favs for the classic rock genre, Kaskade and Deadmau5 are two favs for Dubstep and dance. The complete list would make for a huge post lol.

Some photos of my system. The system can be used for delicate listening or rocking out, I've had up to 122dB before lol.

Receiver, a Pioneer SX-1980, it has 270 watts per channel and weighs 78 pounds :O

Speakers, HPM-100's, 12" woofers, 5" midrange and a 2" tweeter then a polymer supertweeter. These weigh 58 pounds a piece.

Yeah I'd say they count.
