That's not a YouTube video converter. It doesn't record web browsers.
Do you know how difficult it is to record content like YouTube from FRAPS? It isn't for that. If they close FRAPS, they might as well destroy video cameras.
No, it's possible.  I think if the page is in HTML5, you can record it with FRAPS.  Going fullscreen in flash will also trigger FRAPS I think.  I've recorded videos off of YouTube with Fraps before.

This is unfair because once you put a video on YouTube and make it public, you cannot physically disallow people from getting the video file.

It's like saying "Here's a digital picture of a top secret document legitimately obtained! You cannot physically print it because I am magic!"

I STILL HAVE MY PRECIOUS LISTENTOYOUTUBE.COM!
And keepvid for that matter.
aand snipmp3....

hm.
I prefer this wonderful Youtube-MP3.com :)

That's still more excessive then I believe would make FRAPS a threat. To record Happy Wheels with FRAPS, I have to turn on a special setting which records my entire computer, then crop out the game in other programs. I just don't find FRAPS a threat considering it is very difficult to use outside of games and other programs using such processes.
