The USC sends a messenger, a embassader persay, to the Aribissan government. He has a message that says,

To whom it may concern,

The United States of Congrea demands it's funds back. Not only have you illegally gone and break into a bank deposit, you did it unpeacefully. In other terms, you have dismissed the fact that you had no control, though the PSSR did. You killed 10's of thousand of citizens, and you left 100,000's of children orphaned/homeless. Legal advancements will be used if you reject this message or the messenger.

United States of Congrea

Pfffff.
Legal advancement.
Ha!

Avalonia continues to train its military, as well as to manufacture guns, tanks, jets, bullets, artillery, &c. Avalonia's military is being notably aided now by Aribissian trainers.

Avalonian economy continues to expand.

Avalonian researchers have found blueprints for a very fuel efficient engine locked away in a vault from before the year 1975 (When the Avalonian Anarchy was formed). It gets approximately 65 miles to the gallon in the city. Research has shown that a corporation once suppressed the technology, but Avalonia releases the design to the public for use.

Avalonia mourns the death of its first elected president, Sir Benedict Ronald Hobbes III. His vice president, John Wilson has been sworn in and plans to continue Hobbes's plans for improving Avalonia.

He broke a loving treaty.

I think I am aloud to do it, like ask the PSSR or something.

Seriously though. You're basically admitting that you have no muscle to back up your claims. I can't even take your demands seriously and they're not even directed at me.

You got beat. You lay low, shut up, and build up an army that'll blow your enemies to smithereens before you make demands. You have no muscle, so you have no international power. You lost. Suck it up and get back at your enemies when you can actually DO something to them.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Aribissia offers to send some of its own scientists to Trejirm Solus to assist in the construction and design of rockets.
I'm going to have to decline.

Overseer Jebediah Bartholomeus Baert sends his condolences.

Got it.  But where I'm still confused is when it allows for payment over time, it also allows aggression to be forced upon USC, even though the terms had been agreed-upon.
It's a stupid treaty, but if both sides did sign it, I shouldn't void it. The USC should learn from its mistakes.

Meant B52XE, a modern B52 made by SRAF.

What does "XE" stand for?  Is it in development?

USC still has it's military and Icelochian tech in [Classified]. The remainder divisions are in Iceloch USC military camps. Everyday we sneak people across the border.

But still, we cool with the Soviets.

I have no problem with you controlling your own government. I just want to be able to closely monitor you and have substantial Soviet military, political, and cultural presence.

Sure.

Anyways, we kinda like a huge loving army with us.
Because it feels so loving cozy.

We also reach out for food of the children who's parents got murdered.

Extra Edition.  In Celtic, it translates as "Rendition-II"  It is technically called B52R2, but B52XE looks better.

It is not in development, and is currently in active service.
