Rebel and DAV radios and other such communication devices are overcome with static/white noise. This lasts almost twelve hours before their comms are flooded with senseless radio chatter; absolutely nothing can be understood other than the few words that pass through clearly above the loud voices of others.

Very well. Two Svernlochian Battleships park off the coast of Arabissia and run up the white flag to discuss aid with the nearest commanding officer in the area. (No, we are not surrendering; this is a common procedure in diplomacy)

Soon enough, two civilian boats sail from the coast toward the battleships.

Two smaller ships are launched and meet they meet half way between the battleships and the coast.

Deep in Slavic Union territory. The hidden experimental radar dish and dome surface to the ground, aimed at Aribissia.
All that can be heard across The Slavic Union radios on a secure frequency is code: "Silent Death." The Slavic Union soldiers adjust their helmets accordingly while the dome and the dish send out signals to the sattelites in the orbit. The sattelites in the orbit send the same signals at the loyalists.

The men having their brains melted and destroyed in matters of seconds.
The Slavic Union prepares it's tactical nukes , the silos ready.

"Attention. All monarchists. Step away from this conflict. The DAV has been fooled. There was no democracy in Aribissia in the first place. We will use the necessary force to secure democracy in Aribissia."

I was aware that there was no democracy in Arabissia in the first place. Now would you kindly stop misinterpreting the FCA's intentions as imperialistic, turn off that dish, and take note that Arabissia is being freed by multiple parties on both sides for the cause of solely freeing Arabissia from hostile rebels.
