downloading Slender, is it good?

so my friend gave me a link to a softsonic thingy for slender I'm downloading it, look at pictures. to me just looks like a child game, well. a Grown up trying to scare children..

Any thoughts? people say it's scary.
Should I stop the download? or go and play it?

This game was supposed to be small time - but it became 'famous' and then people said it sucked, as if it was supposed to be treated as a full fledged game that gets replayed and is deep. It is meant to be played a few times at most - after that, it's dulled to nothing. Then you forget it...

Lolthe forest one isnt scary but my brother show`d me one of a school,he picked up well its not notes,its teddy bears and slender was appearing after 5 seconds,so itsl ike AHHH slender!5 secs later AHHH!!! lol

If by better you mean so bad it's scary, then yes. He randomly teleports around so loving randomly you can't even try to win - it's total chance you make it to the end without the code placing him inside you and murdering you instantly.

EVERY TIME you turn around he's behind you. Doesn't always kill you even if you blink, he just moves behind you again.
