People are continuesly linking that to this thread so I wanted to try and create some closure on the subject.

Just because he's right about Kalphiter's service being unprofessional and unorganized doesn't make him any less of a richard, or show that he acts like an insecure child in terms of how persistently he tries to mess with Kalphiter over something as trivial as how well he thinks Kalphiter's service functions.
