Anyone able to remodel a TOS Phaser Rifle?

ZMaster modeled a Star Trek TOS Phaser rifle for me, which I gave to xalos to script with, but we've run into a serious problem:

FIXITFIXITFIXITFIXIT...          FIXITFIXITFIXIT!!!

the model is WAY too small, it's facing the wrong direction, both when spawned, and even worse when held. the textures are also messed up too and are way too bright, as if someone turned up the "gamma" on them really high. Normally i'd get my friend xxjpxx to fix these kinds of problems, but he isn't around to do that, and neither is Zmaster (he's dissapeared completely from the community after he gave me the second revised model, which you see here in the picture). So, i'm posting the model and textures here in the hope that maybe somebody here is able to fix this problem, because Xalos and I can't fix this ourself. I make sounds, he scripts.

The model is far too awful and messed up to be worth fixing yet again; I've decided it'd be better if we used an entirely new model instead.

Also worth noting is that mucking about with getting the offset juuust right is pointless, because that's the one thing I can fix through scripting.

Looking at it in-game now, i'm also noticing that 3 stud length is WAY too short. It needs to be at least 5 studs long, or more. The textures are obscured on the three tubes on the body too, by some sort of solid texture on top of them. I don't know why it's there, but it shouldnt be there.

You know what. This model has just had too many problems, and to me it looks awful anyway. I'm looking at it in-game now and it's a complete mess. A failure. Anyone want to model a new phaser rifle? This one is terrible. The handle is way too small, and overall the textures look terrible and cheap. I guess we'll have to use the model as a placeholder for now until someone's kind enough to make a new one...

Khepri has been permanently banned for several months. Demian MIGHT model this, but I doubt it. Highly.
