It's set to release Spring 2013.

Anyways, Rockstar never releases it on the PC the first day. They always port it from the console to the PC; this isn't new. Just be glad they're not Sony "exclusive" like they used to be. The older titles were always being released on Sony's consoles before they were ported to the Xbox, then the PC.

It's coming out in Spring 2013.

There is a screenshot released by Rockstar depicting the balcony guy in the trailer flying a Hydra - one can also be seen in the trailer. It's very likely that you will be able to have dog-fights with them. Should make for some interesting online matches.

Yup. You could do it in GTA:SA against NPCs and it was really fun. They better bring that stuff back.

I still think we're getting the trailer Monday. The letter states that pre-orders begin November 5th, and talks as if the trailer has already been released.
