you can get another by not using incognito mode.
here's what i did:
1. do not use incognito mode
2. do not log in until you add the item to cart/add the promo code
3. log in after you put in the promo code and continue your purchase
4. buy for 00.00
it worked for me

also this may work in incognito, i'll try it

I figured out what happened, Origin set my age to like 11 or something so I made a new account that is my actual age and it let me get the game.  I'm currently figuring out how to do it again.

That worked for me the first two times, now it asks for a payment option. It still says $0.00 when I proceed, but when I add billing info, it resets to $21.25.
