Another workaround to use the coupon multiple times:
Add game to cart without login and apply coupon.
Remove the game from cart and login after that.
Go back to game page and add it back to cart. Total should be showing as $0.00.
Complete checkout process. Repeat. Profit?

1. open up a private browsing/incognito window
2. create an account if you don't already have one
3. add game (1) you want to cart
4. enter code to reduce price to $0
5. go to checkout
6. log in
7. enter billing stuff and whatever else it asks for if you need to
8. when your transaction is complete close the window
9. open a new window and go back to step 3
10. repeat as desired

I noticed it was fixed as soon as I tried to get Hot Pursuit, the only other game I wanted. But I still got Bad Company 2, Specact upgrade, Bad Company Vietnam, and Dead Space. Ahahahahaha.
