Just below the text input box, there is a small black arrow with "Additional Options" in blue next to it.  Click on this.  Three check boxes appear and under those, you see "Attach" in bold.  Click the button to the right of the "Attach" and find the file you want to post.  This can range from pictures to console logs.  It is typically not a favorable way of posting pictures to share your creation, though.

As much as correct you are, that feature should be only used for logs.

Please instead upload images to Imageshack or Imgur or anything else than attaching them..
