The Sanity Project
Everyone's a bit crazy.
Plot (Not 100% required to read)
A center for those that can no longer function in society off the coast of [Classified] houses some crazy people. Some who just need help, and others that ate their dog and beat a baby to death with the ribcage. Hope has been lost for a lot of them, and a few have no chance were already executed. The place was about to go to hell when a man arrived at the asylum. He offered his latest invention to assist the patients and help them return to society. With no other choice, the staff agreed. Deep in the basement the machines were set up, guarded by several men who were 200 pounds of muscle. Some of the patients with mild cases were 'randomly' selected to test the device. After they were brought down and hooked up to the device, the 'fun' began. The area was cleared of all who were not part of the company that owned the machines, and the Overwatch stepped up. They were going to be operating the machines and assisting the patients more than anyone, forcing them to put aside what made them insane. Let's hope nobody goes brain dead on those things...
The Overwatch and the Machines (The important stuff)
Now for the important things. All brain activity is being monitored, and it's also being cut off from the rest of the body aside from stuff you need to survive. Any movement you try to do or any speaking will not occur in the real world, instead it will be simulated by a virtual you in a mental prison. It's like a big video game, you control you in the mental prison by moving and talking like you normally would, trying to survive against anything the Overwatch decides to throw at you. Random changes in terrain, giant robots, anything they want. You can also smell stuff, taste stuff, and feel pain like you would in reality, and you can die. Dying in the mental prison just makes you go brain dead. The main goal of this is to get you to set aside your insanity to not die. Even if you manage to set aside your insanity, you're still not getting let out until the Overwatch gets bored. Also, I forgot to mention, the mental prison is going to be used by the other patients taking part.
Have fun guys!

Rules (Read or die)
1. Only anyone specified may alter the environment or make something big happen. (Jokey365)
2. Don't pull a weapon or tool out of your rectum. Don't say you found a shotgun hanging from the ceiling as a gift from the Overwatch. Unless a location of weapons or handy tools is specified to be spawned by the Overwatch by someone specified in rule one, you won't be finding a heavy machine gun in a mini fridge. (All those specified promise not to abuse the ability to be the Overwatch)
3. You're not God, you can't do anything you couldn't do in real life.
4. Don't put aside your mental illness in two posts. Make sure to keep it in play for a while and have it slowly have less of an effect on you as time passes.
5. Don't be stupid. Don't claim you have one million bullets or argue with OP because he decided the Overwatch didn't want anybody having weapons in the middle of a fight.
6. You may not force a player into a drastic action, unless it's something obvious like them falling if you tackle them. If they suddenly stop posting, you can carry them around and stuff, but other than that, you can't control them. You can't kill them either, unless specified by the person getting killed in a post.
7. Breaking these rules X times gets you booted from the RP. You stop existing and any more posts made by you will be ignored and will not effect anything. You'll just make an ass of yourself if you continue posting.
All participants will begin inside the mental prison, in an empty white void until altered by the Overwatch, then participants will begin in whatever terrain is in play. No starting outside of it, or being hooked up to it, just inside it. Let's go.
