It is actually stuff though. It's just like all this pre-fabricated pop/edm stuff we have nowadays.
I don't entirely agree, but it is better than today's stuff.

I'll give you that.

Rap was probably one of the first genres invented.
It originates from the birthplace of human civilization, Africa. Tribes would get together at sundown, and sing around a campfire to a simplistic drum beat, using cleverly schemed words.

"old music is good, new music is bad"
"rap is bad"
nice invalid point there.

It's just an opinion. An opinion, as said multiple times in this topic, can't be right or wrong.

No. Just no.
It's like the dubstep of the 70s.

It may seem like that.  But I think Dubstep/EDM and its innovations are here to stay unlike Disco.

You never know, maybe that's what they were saying about Disco back then.

The reason Disco died was because of prejudice.

These classic music artists didn't just make their music for the money and/or to be famous and rich. They made their music to make a point or send a message. Even if they were not trying to send a message, they still weren't interested in the money or fame. They just wanted to do what they loved to do:  make music.

Um what? No.

Whats with people who werent even alive in the past always talking about how amazing music was back then?

Um what? No.
There is a reason some bands are still making concerts. They are already super rich, so what's the point in playing in more concerts? Because they love to do it. I understand that some bands did do it for money, but very few.

Age does not matter in any way. The music from back then is still as available as the music is today.

And there are a lot of people talking about how amazing the music was back then because the music back then was amazing.
