what happened to all the lights? (there's only 2 now)

That console log shows you connecting to a remote server then quitting the game.  To be useful, you'll need to start your own game, duplicate the problem, quit, then upload the console.log before running the game again.

I might know what the problem is.

You need to enable light_basic before starting a game.
For somereason, it was disable. It happend to me too.
