Too Many Bricks even on baseplate lags a lot

When I play blockland, and i play the game (captain obvious) and i load ACM city or Mansion and some other stuff, it lags, but it's not because of connection, I have no shaders on, i think it might be because my video card sucks cats, but i don't know because it can play games like HL2 and Gmod and even Morrowind, and it works fine.

You need a new computer. The lag your experiencing is known as brick lag, or fps lag. Basically lag just for you (because the lag thinks you're special!)

You need a ladder new video card (and possibly more RAM and a better CPU so there won't be any bottlenecks).

If you have a laptop or non-modern PC, then save up some money and buy a new one.

Why do people assume baseplates have something to do with lag
It makes absolutely no difference whether they're on a baseplate or on the ground

Baseplates make no difference. They do not possess magical properties that make your computer run faster. I do not understand why some people still believe in the incredibly wrong and stupid statement of "it's not spam, it's on a baseplate".

Your connection has absolutely nothing to do with it either. If you are hosting a server you cannot get 'connection lag'. It's your server. It is running on your own computer. You can't get in a car that you are already in.

Portal 2 and Blockland are very different in terms of compatibility. Portal 2 can run just fine on your computer because the companies that make games like it earn millions/billions of dollars per year. They can figure out how to make games like that run on your piece-of-junk computer. Badspot is one person. He doesn't have tons of money with which to waste on getting his game to run on your little toaster.

Anyways, post your computer specs and console log. We need to see if addons are possibly interfering.

You have a Radeon Xpress 200.  This graphics chipset was bottom of the barrel crap when it came out in 2004.  For reference, it is nearly 2013.
