Since we're getting so close to final release, I thought I'd show you guys some previews of what we've been doing and what you can expect to see when the service launches.
Just a quick overview for people who haven't read the threads; the first server will be located in a premium datacenter in New York, a location chosen due to best connectivity to the world. Servers will be limited to a set number of clients to ensure you can always use the resources you pay for. In the near future we will expand to Europe to allow you to purchase a server closest to your users.
We're currently performing pre-testing (you might notice Ephi's server on the server list) and are working to start full testing on the actual server in NY very soon. These previews are from the development server and are subject to change in the full release. As an added bonus you get to see the redesigned RTB website too, gosh!
Hosting Dashboard
The Hosting Dashboard shows you the servers you own and the servers you've been assigned to manage. This gives you a quick overview of the status of your servers and allows you to quickly jump to management pages.
Server Dashboard
From this page you can see more detailed statistics for your server and access all the management pages available to you.
Access Control
Access Control allows you to give limited to full management control to your server admins. No longer do admins have to mess around with in-game eval, they can simply login here, controlling only what you allow them to.
Console Logs
Need to check what happened on your server? No problem, download dated console and chat logs straight from your server.
Server Settings
This page allows you to edit the main settings of your server, sending a message to all players when settings are updated, just like the in-game server settings GUI.
Add-On Management
Enable/disable the add-ons on your server with a single click. Convenient collapsible groups make it easier to find the add-on you want.
Console
Take full control of your server and administrate it from literally anywhere using the web based console.
Deploy
After purchasing your new Blockland server, select your location, enter your key and take ownership!
