It's not one step away. It's two pairs of pants away.

I already did some of Lub's features in a much better way; Lub is not able to beat me.
very nice, copying from your competitors

Not exactly sure how console usage and permissions (tip: this one was already planned way before Lub) are unique features that only Lub thought of.

If you'd planned it way before this why didn't you start working on it

Because there were other things. I'm not sure what this has to do with anything.

Nearly two years, Kalphiter

It took 23 months for you to start actually working on features and now you're claiming you planned them a long way back

Even I don't procrastinate that hard

Why didn't you offer to help him if these features seemed so feasible to you

Because it's not my business and he claims to be perfectly capable of it himself

I am not even calling into question his competency on this count I am calling into question his motivation and the truthfulness of his claims that he had planned this previously

it's not hard to believe they were previously planned

he just had no reason to actually work on and implement them, he had paying customers that were pretty happy and no competition at all. now that he has competition there's reason to improve his service.

And if he had done them previously he probably wouldn't have a competitor at all, as he would actually have an advantage of several years of development rather than just years of stagnation and wasted time at a level that literally anyone with any pride in what they were doing would have been loving ashamed to put their name on and claim it was good

We don't consider ourselves to have any competition and yet we'll continue to improve our service because we respect and appreciate the people paying for it and want to continue delivering incredibly high quality.

Competition should not be the motivation for improvement - that's really poor work ethic.

That sport is one step away from gay love.
it is?

you're obviously in a very abusive homoloveual relationship lol
