The fact we live in a "throw away" society isn't Apple's fault is it, why is everyone blaming Apple for that?

They always claim how good the build quality is on their devices, then discontinue any support for it within few years.

Apple has done nothing new lately. It's pissing me off. Everyone should switch to linux and tell Microsoft and apple to go forget themselves.

Your logic is severely flawed. You don't understand software and hardware compatibility. SORRY WE'RE MOVING FOWARD, WE JUST DON'T WANT TO SPEND EXTRA MONEY OR RESOURCES ON UPDATING OUTDATED HARDWARE.

I think it's obvious you don't. You do not need a hugely overpowered device just to run simple apps like skype and facebook that I have been using for years...

Wow okay stop posing what you only do on a device as to whatever other people use. Have you given thought to maybe we use it for more than just "Skype or Facebook"? Technology moves forward, and I'm there with it. You can sit back with your Nokia with Facebook and Skype, okay. Well I'll be using it for creationary purposes, Internet, games, and a lot more.
