No I was looking forward to change. But it just forgets up the windows start menu. Nothing else is different.

It's reorganising an unorganised list into neatly spaced panels.

Running windows on a toaster does not meet it's minimum recommendations.

12 GB RAM
5650 ATI Radeon pro
500 GB HDD
Intel core i7

That's far superior to an iMac, I think what's happened is you've been feeding your pc magnets.

But it makes shutting the computer off or getting to basic things a pain in the ass. They void of changed it in a much better way

Bad luck Beachbum. My PC has 8 gigs RAM, Radeon HD7850, i7-2600, 1 TB HDD and 64 GB SSD, and Widows 7 64 bit. stuff runs flawlessly, boot up time of about 9-11 seconds, and all games and applications run perfectly.
