I agree there shouldn't be a cooldown but the reality is who can Icygamma trust as admin on his server? I think the best way to show you can be trusted is by following rules and not having a record of previous malicious intent on anyone else.

I think he needs to redefine his trust a little bit.  There are several of us I would deem trustworthy (including myself) that are there alot more than Icy himself.  I mean, if his trust is that bad, make a few moderators or something.
