The cooldown is staying until the city is filled up enough.

There is no "bias" or "handicapation" here. I was gone for 2 hours yesterday and people spammed on roof tops and found an exploit in a mini.

I'd rather listen to your whining now then hear you cry to me when something breaks and no admin is around. Having many admins doesn't guarantee you proper coverage ever. I can overlook for an enitre day, however.

Servers typically get worse the more admins you throw in. Ever heard "too many cooks spoil the broth?" This is poignant in servers like this.

Its not about more muscle. Its about making sure lots in the city go smoothly, and monitoring closely for bugs and problems before letting it go on its own.

This is a beta for a good reason. If any of you want to keep moaning about the cooldown, I can arrange a permanent one especially for you. The decision is final.

There are still massive voids where lots need to be filled in.

People are dumb. They ask for a 48x48 and put in a 16x16. Ideally this needs an official lot system other than "heres a space *hammer*". Thats the biggest administration concern right now.

Another key thing I didn't mention about the cooldown is that its the only time I can clean up crap and update addons / etc. There are constantly people on the server otherwise, its an important time for me to review the previous day and setup the new one.

Ephialtes went to that server knowing he wanted to forget around. Its not a surprise, I was uncomfortable leaving him there and I sat around for a while after the cooldown hoping he'd go.

I ban anyone who maliciously spams events or bricks on the server. I won't discriminate.

1 building has been immediately demolished
