Tekkit lite sever is pretty bad IMO.
Creeper explosion holes in the areas with tracks, WIP nuc powerplant looks like it got griefed.
I'd start a whitelist if I were you.

If I were you, I'd restart the entire server, shut it off to public and fix it all up.

For the record, Tekkit Lite servers are extremely rare. I couldn't find any but this one.

Well, I personally prefer the DW20 modpack, but that's mostly because it has EE3 and doesn't have Gregtech.
