Fun fact: One of your mods seem to use MessageAll(); for the chat override instead of CommandToAll('ChatMessage');, cancelling out most anti-mute functions.

For a while there was no rule. Now there is one. Seems pretty simple, right?

Seeing as to Griefing is not an actual word in the English dictionary, it's slang, my nice little iPhone decided to change it for me without my notice,

Guys you need that faction thing and some grief preventing plugins. That would solve a lot of problems.
Edit: Also from what I'VE read you guys are trying to run a server with no(2 rules) rules. Good luck with that.
Imagine if Americia were ran without rules. Nothing would work. Try to work out a system, don't just put up an ip and say "k guiez come play the minecrafts".
