If you have ever been on a city rpg and noticed people seem to bring out their inner starfish?

OT: one of my friends sure acted differently, maybe because CRP

It's sometimes because you just build up such stuff on the RP, then when someone suddenly just takes it all away from you, it can bring out tons of rage... or its just because the hosts are dumb or the server type typically attracts crowds of dumb people/trolls like kozak and whatnot

CityRP is the worst mod to use in a public server. It will attract idiots and starfishs and trolls from every deep dank corner of the world, and there is no way to make it work well.

I am very much aware of the problems City games tend to bring out; The City³ project aims to, at the very least, lessen the problems of these City Gamemodes.
